Job summary

Equisoft is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Application Developer to design, develop, and implement features for a cloud-native Policy Administration System (PAS) built for insurers. You will work with Kotlin/Java and React/TypeScript in a hybrid environment, contributing to a scalable platform used globally.

You will join a 13-member team reporting to the Director, Product Development, collaborating across developers, QA, BA, PO, and functional developers in an agile setting.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of Kotlin, Java or .Net and SQL.
• Experience with microservice architecture and front-end frameworks (React/Angular).
• Familiarity with GraphQL/REST APIs and SOLID principles.
• Knowledge of Agile/Kanban and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in an Agile environment with a dynamic software team.
• Write robust, secure code aligned with analyses and requirements.
• Analyze features to meet business and technology needs.
• Participate in peer reviews and contribute to documentation.
• Ensure software quality through testing and long-term evolution.
