Job summary

Docebo is seeking a seasoned frontend engineer with 6+ years of experience in modern web apps, specializing in Angular and TypeScript. You’ll own complex frontend initiatives, design scalable architectures, and collaborate with backend teams to deliver high-quality experiences.

You will work in a hybrid setup with three in-office days weekly, contributing to testing, performance, accessibility, and CI/CD improvements while mentoring peers and driving frontend excellence.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of frontend engineering experience with modern web applications.
• Strong Angular and TypeScript expertise with scalable architectures.
• Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs across services.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing, CI/CD, and frontend observability.
• Focus on performance, accessibility, and maintaining code health.
• Ability to mentor teammates and raise engineering standards.

Responsibilities

• Architect the frontend experience across multi-sprint initiatives in Angular/TypeScript.
• Own features end-to-end from requirements to production deployment.
• Define reusable patterns and architectural boundaries for scalable frontend systems.
• Collaborate with PHP/Node.js backend teams to solve cross-cutting problems.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and design discussions.
• Contribute to testing strategy, observability, and performance improvements.
