Job summary

Docebo is seeking a Senior Product Engineer II to lead frontend experiences with Angular and TypeScript. You will own features end-to-end, influence architecture, and mentor peers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Strong emphasis on scalable frontend design, performance, accessibility, and reliable delivery across services, with opportunities to shape the Docebo Heart culture and hybrid work approach.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of frontend software engineering with Angular/TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of component architecture, state and accessibility.
• Proven ownership of customer-facing functionality end-to-end.
• Experience with REST APIs and integration with PHP-backed services.
• Hands-on testing, CI/CD, observability and performance focus.
• Mentor engineers and raise frontend standards.

Responsibilities

• Architect the Experience: drive complex frontend initiatives across Angular/TypeScript.
• Own the Experience End-to-End: from requirements to production deployment.
• Set the Standard: write exemplary code and establish reusable patterns.
• Work Across Boundaries: collaborate with PHP/Node.js backend teams.
• Anchor the Squad: manage timelines and dependencies across squads.
• Level Up the Team: mentor through reviews and pairing.
• Partner for Impact: align with Product, Design, QA, SRE for strong UX.
