Job summary

Jobber is seeking a Senior Front-End Developer to join our Web team in Canada. You will build modern Jamstack projects using Next.js, React, and TypeScript, contribute to a growing UI library, and ship production features for getjobber.com.

You’ll work across a headless CMS, integrate APIs and services, and mentor other developers while collaborating with Product. A full-stack background is preferred, with emphasis on AI-assisted development and performance.

Qualifications

• Senior Front-End Developer with strong Next.js/React/TypeScript experience.
• Experience building production-grade Jamstack apps and working with a headless CMS.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship production features on getjobber.com using Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Contribute to and extend the shared component library and design system.
• Own performance, accessibility, and core web vitals across pages.
• Mentor and coach other front-end developers, collaborating with the Product team.
• Lead AI-assisted development initiatives and advocate responsible usage of AI tools.
