Senior Frontend Engineer

About the role:

As a Senior Frontend Engineer at Estateably, you’ll join our Activation team to shape the foundation of our user experience from our Design System to intuitive onboarding flows. You’ll build scalable, elegant components that power first impressions and guide users toward value quickly and intuitively. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll influence how fiduciaries and administrators first interact with Estateably and set the tone for the entire platform experience.

What you can expect:

• Build and maintain shared components and frontend architecture that powers user onboarding and activation flows
• Lead implementation and evolution of our Design System across the platform
• Collaborate with Product Designers to create accessible, performant, and elegant UI components in Figma and code
• Partner with Product and Engineering on initiatives like Intercom-driven onboarding, First Value Time tracking, and in-app guidance
• Identify frontend performance bottlenecks and propose scalable solutions
• Contribute to frontend best practices and mentor others across teams

Desired skill set:

• 5+ years of experience building modern web applications using React (or similar frameworks)
• Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend build tools
• Experience developing or contributing to robust, scalable design systems
• Ability to collaborate with product designers and contribute to high-quality, accessible UI
• A builder mindset with a drive for performance, reliability, and elegant user experiences
• Bonus: experience in B2B SaaS, onboarding experiences, or workflow-heavy platforms
