We are looking for an experienced, hands-on front-end developer to work in a team of 20 people, consisting of front-end, back-end, full-stack developers, and QA. Members of the team have direct access to business users and must be able to juggle multiple priorities. The candidate needs to be a self-starter, smart, and a highly motivated team player with effective communication skills. Additionally, the candidate must value producing quality software and have a solid grounding in computer science fundamentals. They should be able to assume responsibility for projects, clarify business requirements, and ensure consistent, clean code with timely delivery. The right candidate should enjoy working in a highly collaborative environment that values teamwork and offers flexibility as long as productivity and quality are maintained.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's Degree, 7-15 years of experience in Web UI development
• At least 5 years of experience in ReactJs
• Experience working on diverse projects, contributing to team processes, technical design, and architecture
• Good knowledge of data structures and algorithms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in JavaScript ES6, ReactJs, Redux, CSS3, HTML5, HTTP, Cookies, Node.js
• Experience in performance tuning, code profiling, design patterns, and best practices
• Experience with Cucumber, end-to-end testing, TDD, and BDD

Nice to have: Knowledge of Java, SpringBoot, MongoDB, relational databases, Linux, and scripting to facilitate communication with backend team members.
