Responsibilities

• Ship features in Next.js, Sanity, and React with TypeScript across getjobber.com
• Extend and maintain shared component library and design system
• Own performance and accessibility as core requirements
• Integrate with a headless CMS and APIs for pages
• Write well-tested, scalable code and conduct reviews
• Collaborate with other developers on best practices and architecture
• Advance AI-assisted workflows and MCP integrations
• Define and benchmark team standards for AI development
• Run A/B and multivariate experiments with CRO and product
• Support SEO and AI-search initiatives with solid foundations
• Mentor front-end developers and uphold engineering principles
