Infobase Solutions is a rapidly growing information technology consulting and recruitment firm specializing in the financial industry. We are currently looking for a Technical Business System Analyst to support the project lifecycle and provide technical analysis among development teams, Technical Application Analysts, Security Advisors, audit, and business channels. The role involves creating necessary artifacts and documents, specifically delivering a CIAM API inventory, API roadmap, rollout governance strategy, and supporting the implementation and rollout of these changes.

About this role :

• Employment Type : Contract, starting with 6 months
• Work Location : Toronto, ON (hybrid)

Responsibilities :

• Liaise with bank technical teams to address audit items, including developers, audit, and channels (both technical and business).
• Participate in all project lifecycle phases : requirements gathering, analysis, design, coding, testing, and documentation (design, operational, support).
• Convey project status regularly to team and management.
• Support the creation of materials for management reviews and meetings.

Requirements :

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience supporting applications as a Software Engineer / Analyst.
• Experience with Forgerock is an asset.
• Experience delivering API inventory, API roadmap, and API governance processes is an asset.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to communicate from both technical and business perspectives.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with an innovative approach to solutions and the ability to convey ideas effectively.
• Ability to communicate design concepts to influence decision-making.
• Ability to think creatively and out-of-the-box.
