Job summary

Equifax Canada is seeking a Senior Fraud & Identity Management Consultant to engage with prospects and clients, delivering pre- and post-sales consulting on technical and analytical solutions, including model development, strategy analysis and performance reporting.

You will advise on fraud trends, align Equifax solutions to client needs, develop demos, proposals, and contribute to product roadmaps. This role requires deep industry experience and strong consulting and client-management skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Fraud Management, Authentication and AML/KYC.
• 10+ years in mortgage, government or financial services sectors.
• 7+ years in client-facing consulting roles.
• Strong consultative client management and solution management skills.
• Strong negotiating and contracting skills.
• Issue management and resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Be our subject matter expert in authentication, fraud, identity management, and AML/KYC to deliver business insights.
• Provide sales and client support by assessing, formulating, developing and presenting solutions.
• Create custom demos and proposals with the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
• Coach sales, technical and other consultants on fraud management techniques and market leadership.
• Stay up-to-date on fraud trends across industries.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
• Support product roadmaps by conveying customer requirements to the team.
• Represent Equifax at trade shows, conferences and marketing events.
