Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years in semiconductor product marketing experience.
• Proven track record in defining product strategies, managing product lifecycle, and driving business development.
• Strong technical understanding of semiconductor architectures and applications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic and tactical marketing responsibilities for a portfolio of FPGA products.
• Define product roadmaps, drive go-to-market strategies, manage product lifecycle, and ensure revenue and margin growth.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, applications, and corporate marketing teams to position FPGA solutions competitively.
• Develop business cases for new FPGA products, IP, solutions and features.
• Create and implement marketing plans, including product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
• Drive new product introductions (NPIs), including pricing, forecasting, collateral development, and training.
• Provide competitive intelligence to sales teams and create tools for objection handling.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets and strategic accounts.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
