Carrier Global Corporation seeks a Senior Manager of FP&A to support its North America Hydronics business. You will lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, directing month-end close and long-range plans while partnering with senior management.

You will mentor a finance team, drive working capital improvements, and provide business insights to maximize performance. This role requires strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/business administration/economics/commerce with 7+ years in Finance or Accounting; 3+ years FP&A; 3+ years people leadership.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting/forecasting processes and financial/cost analysis.
• Excellent communication and ability to partner with senior leadership across functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reporting of accurate financial information for the North America Hydronics business.
• Own end-to-end financial strategy, annual budget, long-range planning and forecasting.
• Direct month-end close, monthly forecast, and annual plan processes.
