Job summary

CMH is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to lead the forecasting and budgeting cycles, develop KPIs, and drive financial analysis to support executive decision-making. You will partner with operations and business teams to enhance performance, manage reporting, and strengthen internal controls across the organization.

The role involves building robust financial models, coordinating with multiple departments, and guiding change management to sustain improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience with at least five years in FP&A
• Strong background in financial planning & analysis, KPI development and reporting
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams
• Deep knowledge of Excel and ability to develop and maintain complex financial models

Responsibilities

• Lead The Forecasting and Planning Processes with the SVP Finance for Annual Operating Plan and Long-Term Plan
• Prepare, refresh, and distribute critical financial reports and dashboards for executives and managers
• Oversee capital reporting and forecasting in collaboration with Facilities Director
• Review month-end results with accounting and understand variances
• Drive continuous improvement of planning and forecasting processes
• Own delegation of authority and spending limit policies and improve controls
