Behavox is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to lead the global financial planning and analysis function. The role owns the planning calendar, forecasting methodology, and management reporting cadence across multi-currency and multi-jurisdiction environments, reporting to the COO.

You will be the primary analytical partner to functional leaders, translating Sales, RevOps, and People plans into actionable financial outputs and ensuring model integrity for acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Owns the financial planning and analysis function for a global business
• Manages budgeting, re-forecasting, and reporting cadence across multiple jurisdictions and currencies
• Leads FP&A team, scales processes with automation and AI-enabled workflows
• Partners with functional leaders to translate plans into actionable financial outputs

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A team and own planning calendar, forecasting, and reporting cadence
• Translate operating, pipeline, and headcount plans into controlled financial outputs
• Ensure integrity of planning models and absorption of acquisitions into the operating plan
• Drive automation and AI-enabled workflows to shorten cycle times and reduce errors
