Job summary

Behavox is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to own its core financial model, including forecasts, valuations, and pro-forma analyses behind acquisitions. The role assesses budgets, runs diligence, and delivers consolidated views for leadership and the board.

This high-autonomy position requires fluency with modern tooling, strong SaaS unit economics, and the ability to translate outputs into strategic recommendations with a clear downside perspective for executives.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of integrated three-statement and operating models with SaaS revenue recognition.
• Strong forecast modeling using driver-based approaches and SaaS metrics.
• Experience evaluating targets, due diligence support, and consolidation in M&A.

Responsibilities

• Owns and maintains the core three-statement model with budgets integrated.
• Builds valuations and pro-forma models for acquisitions and integration.
• Drives monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews with clear narratives.
• Performs metrics analysis and partner with business units to explain drivers and levers.
• Leverages AI and automation to improve financial workflows while preserving judgment.
