Job summary

Behavox, a cloud-native AI company, seeks a Senior FP&A Analyst to own the core financial model, forecasts, and analysis. You will build valuations, scenarios, and pro-forma views for acquisitions, integrating budgets and drivers into a single, reliable view for leadership and investors.

In a hybrid Toronto/Montreal setup, you will advance SaaS metrics, budgeting integration, and operating-lever analyses to guide strategic decisions across a global platform.

Qualifications

• Architecture of integrated three-statement and operating models, including SaaS revenue recognition.
• Bottom-up short-term forecasting and driver-based long-term modeling.
• Acquisition valuation, due diligence, and consolidation of targets into a single model.
• Deep understanding of revenue drivers, costs, and operating levers in a SaaS business.
• Awareness of AI tooling to enhance financial modeling and validation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain core three-statement and operating model with robust architecture and scenario layers.
• Develop valuations, pro-forma models, and consolidation for acquisitions.
• Translate model outputs into clear narratives for senior management and the board.
• Diagnose financial movements and model leverage drivers for evidence-based decisions.
• Apply AI and automation to recurring workflows while preserving essential judgment.
