Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive finance experience including leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills with hands-on ERP/FP&A experience.
• Experience utilizing AI and technology solutions to improve financial processes, analytics and decision-making.
• A people leader invested in the team's success and building an inclusive environment.
• Excels in a dynamic business environment and can resolve complex business issues.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to support financial strategy and performance.
• Own consolidated EA Studios planning, reporting, governance, and investment prioritization.
• Lead the FP&A team and budgeting/forecasting processes across central EA Studios.
• Develop operating metrics and ensure alignment with enterprise objectives.
• Drive communications with EA Studios leadership to ensure alignment and informed decision-making.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives.
