Electronic Arts seeks a Senior Director of Enterprise Performance & Strategy Finance to shape how the company plans, prioritizes investments, and measures enterprise performance. You will drive IBP, capital allocation, and governance across Finance, Strategy, and Operations in a hybrid role.

The role partners with senior leaders to deliver strategic financial insights, robust models, and cross‑functional alignment, while building a high‑performing team that elevates enterprise value.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance, Corporate Development, or Management Consulting.

Responsibilities

Lead Finance's partnership with Enterprise Performance to design, govern, and improve EA's Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
Lead enterprise investment prioritization and capital allocation with financial frameworks and ROI methodologies.
Provide financial modeling, valuation, scenario planning, and insights to support enterprise strategy decisions.
Develop enterprise financial planning frameworks to standardize planning, thresholds, and governance.
