The Senior Director, Enterprise Performance & Strategy Finance is a senior finance leadership role responsible for helping define how Electronic Arts plans, prioritizes investments, and measures enterprise performance. Operating at the intersection of Finance, Enterprise Performance, Corporate Strategy, and Business Operations, this leader will architect and evolve the financial operating framework supporting Integrated Business Planning (IBP). Rather than serving as a traditional FP&A business partner, this role helps shape enterprise-wide decisions by combining financial rigor, strategic thinking, and operational governance. The team serves as Finance's center of excellence for enterprise planning frameworks, capital allocation, strategic finance, and performance management. Reporting to the SVP, Experiences FP&A, this position partners closely with Enterprise Performance, Corporate Strategy, Enterprise FP&A, Studio Finance, Commercial Finance, Product leadership, and Executive Leadership. This position follows a hybrid work model, requiring three days per week in an EA office.
Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. For Canada, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and other incentive programs.
