Job summary

Steam Whistle Brewing seeks a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Toronto/Etobicoke team. The role focuses on data analysis, reporting, and strategic financial planning in a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities include preparing reports, developing dashboards, and partnering with Operations and Commercial teams to optimize revenue and costs. Requires 3+ years FP&A with strong Excel, ERP/SQL and BI experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance/Business Administration, CPA asset.
• 3+ years FP&A or related finance experience (CPG asset).
• Advanced Excel skills: PivotTables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS.
• Experience with ERP, SQL and BI tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial metrics and trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for managers and leadership.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor performance.
• Support month end close and financial processes.
• Collaborate with Operations and Commercial teams as a business partner.
• Lead revenue budgeting and operating costs planning.
