Job summary

Stelumar Advanced Manufacturing Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to drive strategic financial planning and analysis in a fast-growing manufacturing environment.

The role partners with Operations, Supply Chain and Finance to deliver insights, forecasts, and executive-ready materials. The successful candidate will have advanced financial modelling skills, an emphasis on continuous improvement, and strong communication across levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level/masters in Finance or Accounting.
• CPA designation preferred for seniority.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain in-year financial models reflecting production volumes and overhead.
• Lead annual budgets and rolling forecasts with P&L, cash flow and working capital projections.
• Produce margin bridges and cost variance analyses for key performance drivers.
• Collaborate with accounting and cost accounting for timely reporting of results.
• Support ERP implementation and design dashboards for operational and financial metrics.
