Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance and 3-4 years of relevant experience. Formación

• 3 to 4 years of progressive FP&A or similar analytical experience.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis in a retail or CPG environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and management of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Build and enhance financial models for scenario analysis and projections.
• Monitor financial performance and conduct variance analysis.
• Collaborate with teams across the company to align financial targets.
• Prepare management reporting that translates financial data into narratives.
