Job summary

BioScript Solutions, a fast-growing health-care company, seeks a Senior Analyst, FP&A, to advance specialty health care by using data to support decision-making. You will own monthly financial reporting and the annual budget, and provide insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required.
• Professional accounting designation is an asset.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced knowledge of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting; dashboards, metrics, financial analysis, and trending.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director, Financial Planning and Analysis with monthly financial reporting and the annual budget.
• Prepare management reporting and analysis for review, including metrics, KPI's and dashboards.
• Introduce new analysis, reporting formats, etc. which provide insights into different areas of the business.
• Participate in the development of and report on key metrics and benchmarks.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives and provide financial analysis / direction for operational decisions.
• Assists with other finance responsibilities related to month-end closing activities, accounting function and policies.
• Handle ad hoc reporting requests and participate in projects as required.
• Leverage analytics and technology to interpret results and articulate recommendations.
