Job summary

General Mills Canada is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A, to drive enterprise-level financial planning and reporting. You will coordinate inputs across Supply Chain, Trade, and Consumer teams, ensuring timely forecasts and accurate variance analysis.

In this role, you will lead Admin budgeting, support NPI planning, and provide regular KPI reporting to senior leadership. A strong background in finance, excellent communication, and collaboration with cross-functional partners are

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration required.
At least 3 years of relevant experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Prior CPG experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities

Lead financial planning and reporting for enterprise-level agendas.
Coordinate forecast inputs with Finance and cost center owners across functions.
Monitor monthly variances vs budget and provide actionable insights.
Support Admin & NPI reporting and 18–month rolling forecasts.
Provide KPI scorecards and collaborate with global teams on financial planning.
