ABOUT YOU:

We are seeking a detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to develop and maintain financial models, consolidate reports, and analyze performance against budgets and forecasts. You will collaborate with the VP of Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives, lead compliance reporting, and work with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights and drive results.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

1. Build and maintain financial models for actuals and forecasts covering all three financial statements, both short-term and long-term.
2. Consolidate financial reporting from Great Plains and NetSuite into Tribute Technology's consolidated reports.
3. Report on actual results versus budget, forecast, and prior year on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, including variance analysis.
4. Create and update KPI dashboards.
5. Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes in collaboration with the VP of Finance.
6. Develop a headcount model for forecasting, variance analysis, and sensitivity testing.
7. Build departmental cost models to track personnel and third-party expenses, supporting departmental leadership and performance management.
8. Develop Product-Level P&Ls to optimize results.
9. Prepare presentations for departments, senior leadership, and the Board of Directors to communicate results, forecasts, and identify risks and opportunities.
10. Perform ad-hoc analyses to support private equity sponsors.
11. Lead lender covenant compliance reporting.
12. Assist in preparing audited financial statements in collaboration with the VP of Finance.
13. Conduct business case analyses.
14. Support business development activities, including due diligence and valuation modeling.
15. Review sales commission calculations and related materials.
16. Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders to understand performance variances and forecast future performance.
