Job summary

Jonas Software is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its Finance team. You will work closely with senior executives and business leaders, handling end-to-end accounting, IFRS reporting, and profitability analysis across a growing software portfolio.

You will support monthly close, forecasts, and capital management while driving process improvements and AI-enabled solutions within Dynamics 365. The role emphasizes ownership, accountability, and collaboration across entities.

Qualifications

• CPA designation with progressive accounting and finance experience
• IFRS 15 knowledge in multi-deliverable environment
• Experience with internal and external audit processes
• Experience operating in a multi-entity environment
• Experience automating finance processes, including AI tools from frontier labs
• Strong Excel skills with financial modeling and data interrogation

Responsibilities

• Monthly financial accounting including journal entries, accruals, and analysis for month/quarter/year-end close
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and oversee deferred revenue, contract assets, prepaids and liabilities
• Assist with quarterly/annual financial statements and note disclosures
• Support IFRS 15 reporting and liaise with auditors
• Partner with BU leadership for quarterly forecasts and profitability analyses
• Drive process improvements, automation, and AI tooling adoption in finance
