Job summary

EFI Global in Toronto, Ontario, seeks an experienced restoration professional to manage complex insurance restoration projects up to $1M unassisted. You will conduct site visits, develop scopes and cost estimates, and deliver detailed reports to insurers and clients.

Responsibilities include overseeing billing, time tracking, and reporting, plus negotiating during high-stakes projects while building a robust client base and producing comprehensive written summaries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; IICRC Master certifications required.
• Eight years of experience, five in insurance restoration, required.
• Strong communication, reporting and negotiation skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex restoration assignments up to $1M unassisted.
• Perform site visits, scope of damages, and high-value cost estimates.
• Provide independent reporting to insurers and property managers.
• Manage billing, timekeeping, and progress reporting.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and prepare written reports.
