Job summary

EFI Global is a global leader in engineering failure analysis, origin-and-cause investigations, environmental, and specialty consulting services. The role handles assignments up to $1M unassisted from adjusting business for commercial and personal property lines, including liability and builders risk.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (preferred) with IICRC Master certifications (WRT, ASD, Smoke & Soot or equivalent) and a minimum of eight years of relevant experience, including

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; IICRC Master certifications (WRT, ASD, Smoke & Soot or equivalent) required.
• Eight (8) years of relevant experience including five (5) years in Insurance Restoration or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily and complex assignments with best-in-class service and reporting.
• Performs site visits, develops scope of damages/repairs, high-value cost estimating, and project management.
• Maintains records, handles billings and reporting to clients and contractors.
• Oversees complex mitigation processes and coordinates with adjusters and clients.
• Completes and publishes narrative and executive summary reports.
• Develops and maintains client relationships.
