Job summary

Jim Pattison Toyota Northshore in North Vancouver is seeking an experienced Fixed Operations Manager to lead Service and Parts, driving profitability, CSI, and employee satisfaction across fixed operations.

The role reports to the General Manager and oversees the Service Manager and Parts Manager, guiding lean practices, budgets, and OEM/Toyota standards compliance to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of senior management in automotive Fixed Operations.
• Experience within a Toyota dealership or major import OEM is a plus.
• Strong leadership and profitability management (P&L) experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership to the Service Manager and Parts Manager with accountability.
• Set short- and long-term departmental goals, KPIs, and benchmarks.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets and forecasts for Parts and Service.
• Drive CSI/NPS and customer retention, ensuring premier service experiences.
• Ensure OEM compliance, warranty processing, and lean improvements.
