Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field is required.
• 5+ years in a technical support, integrations, or backend-adjacent role within SaaS/fintech.
• Senior escalation-level (L3) experience with end-to-end ownership of complex production issues.
• Experience mentoring or leading other support/technical engineers.
• Proven troubleshooting of APIs, integrations, and system configurations; strong MySQL skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to document thoroughly.

Responsibilities

• Own the most complex customer, partner, and internal L3 issues end-to-end.
• Investigate and resolve advanced API integrations and transaction processing problems.
• Review and troubleshoot delays, failures, and anomalies in payment flows.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes.
• Lead and mentor L2/L3 engineers; define escalation paths and standards.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success leadership.
