Job summary

VoPay International Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Implementation Specialist to lead enterprise onboarding, integration, and deployment of VoPay’s embedded finance and payments platform.

You will partner with customers’ Product, Engineering, and Operations teams and collaborate with internal Product, Engineering, Risk, and Support to ensure smooth go-lives and long-term adoption. Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of SaaS implementation experience.
• Experience with technical onboarding in fintech or payments.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, Postman, Webhooks and system integrations.
• Excellent customer-facing communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple implementation projects in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects from kickoff to production go-live.
• Act as primary implementation lead and trusted advisor during deployment.
• Guide API integrations, embedded UI components, and payment orchestration capabilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain implementation documentation.
