Qualifications

• 2+ years FP&A experience in Healthcare Capital Finance.
• 5+ years of full-cycle FP&A Capital Finance experience.
• Experience with ORACLE - Oracle Project module & Oracle Fixed Asset module.
• Maintenance & management of capital budgets & spend within ERP.
• Experience with fixed asset sub ledgers, continuity schedules, and auditing.
• Experience creating annual capital & depreciation budgets.
• Experience coordinating with Capital planning teams to track the full cycle capital plan.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for capital planning and treasury functions.
• Oversee major redevelopment project finance and project accounting.
• Forecast cash flows, manage asset investments, and provide financing recommendations.
• Strengthen internal controls and regulatory compliance within MIS guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize capital usage.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience in Healthcare Capital Finance

or

• 5+ years of full-cycle FP&A Capital Finance experience
• Full-cycle Financial Planning & Analysis experience
• Experience with ORACLE - Oracle Project module & oracle Fixed Asset module
• Maintenance & management of capital budgets & spend/expenditure within ERP
• Experience with fixed asset sub ledger(s), continuity schedules, and auditing
• Experience creating annual capital & depreciation budgets
• Experience working with the Capital planning team(s) to ensure the proper tracking & maintenance of the full cycle capital plan cycle
• Experience reviewing and improving internal controls and assisting with ensuring compliance with internal controls, MIS guidelines, CICA Handbook (PSAB) standards, and regulatory requirements.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Financial experience with the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care (MOHLTC), Health Infrastructure Renewal Fund (HIRF), etc.
