Our client is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. This role will support all aspects of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining the corporate model. You will also assist with financial reporting to ensure data accuracy and relevance for senior leadership and key stakeholders. This position requires close collaboration with regional finance teams to analyze and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
• Prepare consolidated budget presentations for senior management and the Board.
• Maintain the corporate model to support decision-making and monitor KPIs.
• Work with regional teams to gather input for forecasts and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Review regional data for accuracy and provide business commentary on variances.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for senior management requests.
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, including automation and data integration.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
• Consolidate financial and operational metrics from all regions.
• Create dashboards and visual reports to track and communicate performance.
• Help prepare internal and external presentations, including board reports and investor decks.
• Support the reconciliation of financial data during month-end and quarter-end closing activities.
• Lead automation of budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting through financial systems like OneStream and Yardi.
• Assist in designing and implementing process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• CPA designation (or in progress) preferred. CFA is a plus.
• At least 4 years of experience, with 1-2 years in a financial analysis or FP&A role (real estate or investment experience is an asset).
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and KPI analysis.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
