Base pay range: CA$90,000.00/yr - CA$130,000.00/yr

About the Role

As a Director of Recruitment/Founder with over 20 years of bilingual recruitment experience and over 23K followers, your responsibilities will include:

• Create comprehensive financial plans covering investments, retirement, tax strategies, estate planning, education funding, and insurance needs.
• Meet with clients to understand their goals, assess their current financial situation, and provide tailored advice.
• Develop and recommend investment strategies aligned with clients' risk tolerance and long-term goals.
• Regularly review clients' financial plans and portfolios to adjust for life changes, market trends, or new goals.
• Ensure all advice and planning comply with financial laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Mentor junior financial planners or advisors.
• Build long-term relationships through trust, proactive communication, and ongoing support.

Requirements

• Bilingual in French and English.
• Minimum of 3 years in financial planning with high net worth clients.
• CFP and IIROC licenses.
