Role Description

The Senior Financial Planner is a full-time, on-site role based in London, ON. This role is responsible for delivering comprehensive financial planning to clients, including cash flow analysis, tax-efficient strategies, retirement planning, estate planning coordination, and risk management. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, collecting and analyzing financial information, developing and presenting tailored financial plans, and updating plans as circumstances change. The Senior Financial Planner will collaborate with advisors and internal teams on investment recommendations, implementation of planning strategies, and ongoing client communication.

Qualifications
  • Strong financial planning expertise, including Financial Planning and Personal Financial Planning skills.
  • Solid grounding in Finance, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market information.
  • Advanced retirement planning capabilities, including experience with Retirement Planning strategies.
  • Professional designation such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or progress toward CFP is strongly preferred.
  • Relevant post-secondary education in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in wealth management or financial planning, working with high-net-worth or professional clients.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a client-focused and ethical approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment and maintain strict confidentiality.
