Zurich Canada is seeking a Senior Underwriter for its Professional Liability team to grow and manage a portfolio of Financial Lines risks. You will analyze underwrite new and renewal business, build broker relationships, and contribute to cross-selling opportunities.

You will work with the Underwriting Manager and a collaborative team, in a hybrid model with in-person days, impacting a nationally managed portfolio and professional services.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in underwriting or market facing area preferred.
• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with related experience is valued.
• Knowledge of lines of business and regulatory guidelines helpful.
• Strong MS Office skills and broker management experience advantageous.

Mansioni

• Manage a portfolio of Professional Liability accounts and analyse complex risks.
• Renewal and new account opportunities to grow profitability.
• Maintain and expand broker networks with visits and prep work.
• Cross-sell other Zurich lines to provide a One Zurich solution.
