The Role
We're looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst, Supply Chain to join our growing organization. The role will report to the Senior Manager, Finance & Accounting, and will be an integral partner between the Supply Chain and Finance teams with a focus on demand planning, inventory management, and Supply Chain financial analysis.
Core Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Demand Planning & Inventory Management
- Demand planning across all channels, with adequate inventory draw-down when possible.
- Seasonal purchase recommendations (Fall/Winter & Spring/Summer).
- Replenishment purchase recommendations.
- Liaise with cross-functions to validate feasibility of mid-to-long-term supply plans and recommend contingency plans.
- Provide analytics support for cross-functions, such as Retail and DTC teams, when required for Supply Chain services.
- KPI creation, measurement, monitoring and analysis of supply-chain related B2C & B2B metrics.
- Supply Chain Finance
- Prepare the annual Supply Chain budget and updated forecasts throughout the year as necessary.
- Perform variance analysis between actuals and budget (i.e. for storage, receiving, warehouse handling, shipping, postage, etc.).
- Analyze monthly warehouse invoices.
- Analyze receiving, storage, fulfilment, and postage costs; propose ways to reduce costs when possible.
- Analyze returns and refurbishing reports to ensure products are returning to sellable inventory, and refurbishment costs are in line with the budget.
- Support with preparing monthly accrual entries.
- Recommend process improvements for budget cost reductions.
- Other miscellaneous analysis.

Your Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Financial Analyst and/or Supply Chain-related role, preferably within a B2C e-commerce environment.
- Experience managing supply chain data, ideally demand planning.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to prepare and maintain a demand planning model and effectively analyze large datasets.
- Deep analytical mindset and problem-solving acumen.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, ensuring data consistency across teams (Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales).
- Capable and competent to present findings to senior leadership.
- Must be able to work flexible hours from time to time to effectively coordinate with suppliers in different time zones.
