Job summary

Manulife Financial Corporation in Toronto is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to prepare and review fund administration deliverables, oversee NAV and valuation processes, and manage month-/quarter-/year-end accounting. You’ll reconcile records, project cash flows, and support audits in a dynamic team setting.

The role requires 2–3 years in accounting/finance (preferably private equity or real estate) and a related degree; CPA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate/Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Partial/Completion of Professional accounting designation (CPA) is a plus.
• 2-3 years of accounting/finance experience (private equity, funds, or real estate) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review daily, monthly & quarterly Fund Administration deliverables.
• Assist NAV, Valuation, and TA processes (Ownership, Capital Queue, Capital Calls and Distributions).
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end and year-end accounting including financial statements and variance analysis.
• Reconcile discrepancies between the Administrator and Internal Book of Record.
• Create and monitor cash flow projections and distributions.
