Job summary

Qualifications

• CPA designation or CPA eligibility preferred.
• 3–5 years in a Senior Financial Analyst role.
• Degree in Business with relevant finance experience.
• Experience with month-end reporting and high-volume bank reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Support NetCash project for automated bank reconciliations in NetSuite.
• Participate in end-to-end testing to ensure data accuracy.
• Develop and manage automation rules to reduce variances.
• Identify financial risks and implement controls in the new system.
• Write SOPs for daily NetCash use.
• Support reconciliations and financial analysis for balance sheet accounts.
• Set up required reports to manage the automated process.
• Assist with month-end close and journal entries.
• Contribute to process improvements across finance projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
