The Ontario Cannabis Store provides safe, responsible access to recreational cannabis for adults 19 and older. We operate the sole legal online store for recreational cannabis in Ontario and are the provincial wholesaler of cannabis for private retail stores.

About the Role
We're seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to join our team. The Senior Financial Analyst will leverage their experience in accounting, finance, and business analysis to provide accurate and exceptional forecasting & management reporting capabilities.
The Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) will work closely with operational teams to review profitability while focusing on budget and financial modelling for the OCS. The Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A will be a critical business partner working on cross-functional teams to drive insights that inform decision-making. Additionally, the position holder will help to identify and develop new processes and enhance reporting to better understand the company’s financial landscape.

Compensation
The target hiring range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000. This is a pay grade 6 role, with a salary range of $71,066.63 - $106,316.64. Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
