As a Senior Financial Analyst within the Corporate FP&A team, you will deliver critical business insights and strategic thought partnership to executive leadership and business unit leaders. In this role, you will drive business performance by executing the enterprise cost allocation model, supporting financial portfolio planning and reporting, and providing analytical support to the Investor Relations team. You will play a key role in empowering data-driven decision-making, simplifying complex financial analysis, and modernizing FP&A processes across the organization. Job Location: Hybrid (2-3 days/week in office) - based in Toronto, ON.

Key Accountabilities
  • Enterprise Cost Allocations: Support and maintain the enterprise-wide corporate function cost allocation framework across legal entities and operating segments; execute allocation models, ensure data integrity, and provide clear reporting views for leadership, controllership, tax, and Finance Business Partners (FBPs).
  • Audit & Regulatory Compliance: Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external audit inquiries regarding cost allocations, ensuring full alignment with governance, regulatory, and tax standards.
  • Portfolio Governance & Management: Provide data-driven analysis to guide annual and in-year discretionary investment allocations; champion the Innovation Delivery Framework (IDF) and partner with Project Management Offices, Cluster Leads, and Technology teams to ensure financial governance throughout project lifecycles.
  • Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting: Execute multi-stage financial forecasting and annual business planning processes across the organization; partner with leadership to set optimal targets and build presentation materials for executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
  • FP&A Process Modernization: Collaborate with finance technology and cross-functional teams to automate manual workflows, enhance business intelligence tools, and optimize reporting structures to support organizational growth.
  • Investor Relations & Strategic Support: Deliver ad-hoc financial analysis and capacity support to the Investor Relations team; assist with acquisition-related financial reporting integration and contribute actively to the internal QuickSight BI community.
Must Have(s)
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), ideally within Financial Services or Capital Markets.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant financial analysis experience in a corporate finance or FP&A capacity.
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency in financial modeling, SQL, and business intelligence (BI) tools.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with a proven track record of working effectively across diverse organizational teams and leadership levels.
  • Exceptional analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
Nice to Have(s)
  • CPA designation (or actively in progress).
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Financials and/or Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Proficiency with Amazon QuickSight and Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides).

Salary Range: $90,000/year - $110,000/year CAD. Please note that the salary range included is a guideline only. The salary offered may vary based on factors, including, but not limited to, the successful candidate’s relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
