Reports to: Director of Finance, Dairy & Supply Chain
Status: Full-time

Purpose: Reporting to the Director of Finance, Dairy & Supply Chain, this position is responsible for developing financial models and forecasts, as well as assessing financial values and risks to support stakeholder decision-making. Additionally, it involves creating project forecasts, returns, and cash flow plans for strategic capital projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive, in-depth financial models for capital investments
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess performance, profitability, and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support key business decisions.
• Support and advice on business cases and strategies to achieve optimal outcomes for capital spending and decision making
• Manage financial risks and cashflow requirements for all capital projects
• Review and prepare annual Capex budget and monthly forecast & reporting
• Provide ongoing financial reporting to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and actionable insights
• Enforce policies and procedures relating to capital spending

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a financial or statistical modeling role within Corporate Finance environment.
• Experience in a food manufacturing environment required, preferably in Dairy.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, financial modelling software, and reporting tools.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote, global environment.
• Experience with an ERP system. Preferably with MS D365.
