Base pay range

CA$100,000.00 / yr - CA$110,000.00 / yr

Location : Toronto, ON

Flexibility : Hybrid, 3 days on-site

The Opportunity :

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Senior Financial Analyst to support a high-performing finance team within a fast-paced and mission-driven organization. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact through meaningful analysis and financial reporting, while contributing to major process improvement and system implementation initiatives.

In this role, you’ll work across functions to lead financial reporting, analyze revenue and margin trends, support full-cycle accounting, and drive efficiency through automation and strategy. Your insights will play a critical role in supporting key decision-making and ensuring strong financial performance.

What You’ll Do :

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports with a focus on revenue and margin
• Manage full-cycle accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Contribute to the audit process and internal controls
• Lead or support systems implementations and process improvement initiatives
• Provide strategic analysis to support forecasting, budgeting, and business planning
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance financial visibility and performance metrics

What We’re Looking For :

• 4-5 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and full-cycle accounting
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and ability to conduct technical accounting research
• Demonstrated experience in revenue and margin analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive process improvements
