Position Summary:

The Senior Analyst, FP&A will join the Brookfield Credit Group Finance team, reporting to the Director, Finance (FP&A). Responsibilities include supporting planning and forecasting, trend analysis, and performance tracking. The role involves preparing analyses for various deliverables and presentations, working collaboratively with finance, operations, portfolio management, and other teams.

Responsibilities:

• Support in financial forecasting, re-forecasting, and analytics
• Coordinate quarterly earnings forecast reviews from operating companies
• Identify variances and follow up explanations
• Compare actual results to forecasts and business plans, and analyze variances
• Summarize variances clearly for senior management
• Assist in quarterly and year-end reporting, including management discussion and analysis
• Prepare asset management reports focusing on key metrics
• Work with contacts to understand changes in metrics and business plans
• Develop presentations on business plans and financial data
• Participate in developing 5-year and 10-year business plans
• Build relationships across teams and with operating companies
• Assist with implementing FP&A tools like OneStream
• Identify process improvement opportunities

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• CPA designation preferred
• 3-5 years of finance experience
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with OneStream is a plus
• Strong analytical, judgment, and communication skills
• Ability to adapt, operate independently, and improve processes
• High ethical standards and professionalism
