OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Manager, Financial Planning and Reporting and the Manager, Capital and Treasury, the Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for the preparation of accurate and timely financial information for various programs of the Toronto East Health Network, including periodic and year-end audited financial statements.
The Senior Financial Analyst is a highly motivated self-starter who seeks to understand all aspects of current Hospital financial and statistical reporting. The position also provides support for program management in budgeting, financial analysis, and capital. To be successful in the position, the incumbent must be willing to invest the necessary time to understand the related systems in order to inform financial system improvements and streamline financial processes where needed. As an agent of change, this individual is motivated to collaborate with and support Financial Services staff to make the necessary process changes.
