Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong understanding of valuation definitions, methodologies, and approaches.
• Ability to synthesize financial data (e.g., statements, performance updates, legal documents) for valuation purposes.
• 5 years of accounting experience, including IFRS compliance.
• 1–2 years of valuation experience, particularly in fair value reporting.
• Knowledge of securities markets and investment accounting.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Completed Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) Levels 1 and 2.
• Familiarity with Capital IQ, Bloomberg, and other analytical tools.
