Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and CPA (or equivalent).
• Advanced knowledge of accounting standards, reconciliations, and compliance reporting.
• Experience preparing audit-ready schedules and supporting external reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leads preparation of complex reconciliations and journal entries across balance sheet, P&L, and cash accounts
• Develops reports and schedules for internal management, external compliance, and financial audits
• Analyzes financial results and trends to support planning, forecasting, and risk identification and organizes and manages period end close
• Ensures compliance with financial transaction recording standards, tax requirements, and regulatory obligations and advises and leads improvements to systems, controls, and reporting processes to enhance accounting efficiency and accuracy
• Leads the resolution of complex financial transaction accounting and/or issue resolution, working collaboratively and effectively with other teams/departments
