Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
• CPA designation preferred with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports
• Monthly reconciliation of assets and liabilities including bank reconciliations, prepaid, accruals and various journal entries
• Monthly analysis of revenue and expense account variances to budget and forecast, including narratives
• Collaborate with Account Receivable and Account Payable departments to ensure accuracy of the Financial Statements
• A key business partner meeting with various department managers on a regular basis to assist them with budget management
• Preparation of the budgets/forecasts of various divisions
• Preparation of specific annual audit working papers and liaise with auditors
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of financial analysis, reporting and forecasting experience is required
• A certified professional accounting designation (CPA) preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel abilities
• Proficiency in GSuite
• NetSuite experience an asset
• Bilingual (French & English) is an asset
