Responsibilities :

• Preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports
• Monthly reconciliation of assets and liabilities including bank reconciliations, prepaid, accruals, and various journal entries
• Monthly analysis of revenue and expense account variances to budget and forecast, including narratives
• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable departments to ensure accuracy of the Financial Statements
• A key business partner meeting with various department managers on a regular basis to assist them with budget management
• Preparation of the budgets / forecasts of various divisions
• Preparation of specific annual audit working papers and liaise with auditors
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications :

• 5+ years of financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting experience is required
• A certified professional accounting designation (CPA) preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel abilities
• Proficiency in GSuite
• NetSuite experience is an asset
• Bilingual (French & English) is an asset
