Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate accounting and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and accounting best practices.
• Experience managing month-end and year-end close processes.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Lead month-end and year-end close activities, including account reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and supporting accounting records.
• Coordinate internal and external audit requirements and related documentation.
• Research accounting matters and develop technical accounting memoranda.
• Monitor internal controls and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies.
• Develop reporting, analysis, and key performance metrics for internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial information and support business objectives.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
