Qualifications

• CPA designation and accounting degree required.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive relevant experience with leadership.
• Strong IFRS and consolidation knowledge.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Experience supporting audits and SOX compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Financial Operations and Financial Reporting functions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting packages.
• Maintain internal controls and support SOX compliance and audits.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements.
